I made a mistake when entering my address. What can I do?
We advise all customers to take particular care when entering their delivery address as during busy periods, we may not be able to make adjustments to your address once the order has been placed.
Once your order has reached the ‘in process’ or ‘shipped’ stages, we are unable to make changes to your delivery address.
However, you can always email us at email@example.com and our team will always try their best to assist you in any way possible
Why haven’t I received a confirmation/shipping email?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email after successfully placing an order, it’s possible that you may have entered your email address incorrectly.
You can reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to run your details and locate the order on our system. From there, we will be able to provide you with your tracking information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
At this point, your order is in transit with our shipping handlers and we advise you to make direct contact with An Post or DHL respectively if you need further assistance regarding your order.
My order is incorrect. What should I do next?
If you receive your order and you discover that you are missing item/s or if you have received the wrong item/s, please reach out to our team at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to help you.
Please include photos of the items you have received and your order number.
How will my order be shipped if I live in Ireland or the UK?
For all standard delivery options in Ireland or the UK, we use An Post so ship your orders.
Delivery within Ireland is estimated at 1-3 working days.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK is estimated to take 3-5 working days.
These times can vary due to a number of different factors so if you have any questions, please reach out to your national postal service directly.
Do you offer an Express Delivery service?
If you need your order delivered in a hurry, we offer an express delivery service via DHL Express. If your order is placed between Monday-Thursday before 1pm, we estimate that it will be delivered the very next business day (in Ireland or the UK).
If you live in Europe, the same rules apply and we estimate that your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days. For other parts of the world, delivery times will vary.
My tracking number shows that my order has been delivered however I have not received it. What are the next steps?
Please note that in this situation, you should reach out to the delivery company directly as they will have information on the whereabouts of your order.
It’s possible that the driver will remember where he/she/they left the parcel (with a neighbour, in a safe place on your property, in a local shop).
We would advise you to reach out to them as soon as possible and include as much information as possible (full name, full address including eircode, tracking number)
If you have exhausted this option to no avail, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will launch an internal investigation
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.
As long as the order is returned within the stated time frame, remains in an unused condition and has not been removed from the original packaging, a refund will be issued.
This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly received products where your statutory rights are unaffected. Please note : we are only able to reimburse postage fees from returns coming from customers within Ireland.
Can I exchange an item?
Please make sure you have chosen the correct shade before placing your order as we will not be able to facilitate exchanges on online orders.
I have received a faulty/damaged product, what should I do?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and we will assist you.
Don’t forget to include photos/videos of the condition of the product so we can investigate the claim.
Can I return a KASH product that I purchased from a retailer?
We are unable to accept returns on products not purchased online from www.kashbeauty.com however if you have purchased a product at one of our authorised retailers/counters, please do contact them directly with your receipt and they will be able to assist you.
I am allergic to certain cosmetic ingredients. Where can I find the ingredient list for your products?
